I’m a Life & Wellness Coach passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through periods of change, emotional overwhelm, uncertainty, or feeling out of alignment in their lives.

My work supports those navigating overthinking, burnout, lack of confidence, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they want to create. Through grounded guidance, emotional support, and intentional conversation, I help clients gain clarity, build self-trust, and move forward in a more aligned and empowered way.

As a Holy Fire Reiki Master as well, I naturally bring a holistic and grounded perspective into the space I hold with clients.
