Welcome! I’m a certified Reiki practitioner based in Squamish, BC. Reiki allows me to work with your energy field to release blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore balance throughout your mind, body, and spirit. It’s a gentle yet powerful practice that supports healing from the inside out.

In each session, I hold a grounded, supportive space for you to unwind, reset, and reconnect with your own energy. I tune into your chakras, intuitively sense what your system is asking for, and help clear what feels heavy or stagnant. My intention is to guide you toward more clarity, peace, alignment, and ease in your daily life.
